My weekend...

Well, my weekend doesn't really compare to Jay's, but mine was fairly eventful as well. i guess there's some connection between colleges, parties, and halloween...or so i've heard. Anyways, on saturday i first went to beautiful fern canyon, of which i will post pictures of after this, and then i went to meet Monica, whom i hadn't seen in two years, and who was visiting at last. first me, her best friend and her all went swing dancing, which was a blast. then we went party hopping with some of their other friends. the thing is, she's 22, and she's the youngest of her crowd by a couple years, so i was slightly out of place the whole night. as a result, i didn't drink anything, because i really didn't feel comfortable enough. it was still fun though. i experienced my first stereotypical/legendary college party, where you go to a house who's owner you do not know, and who nobody else seems to know, and where it's so packed with people inside and out that you can barely move, and there is music and booze and drugs everywhere. the cops busted it twice before i got there, and a third time when i was leaving. yea, it wasn't really fun. i don't know how anyone can really enjoy themselves in a situation like that, where you're surrounded by people you don't know and there's no sense of security. anyways, i ended up chillaxing and going home at 2.

last night (sunday) was slightly more eventful, just cus i let loose a little more. my posse and i all dressed up as the cast from Rocky Horror Picture Show, and man we looked awesome! (more pictures to come) unfortunately, we didn't get to go to a screening of the movie that was supposed to happen at midnight at the theater, but didn't. we ended up walking around town in our scandalous (and freezing!) costumes, and then we went to a pretty happening, but also comfortable party at some guy's house, where i drank enough to get buzzed but no more. we danced and hung out until like 1:30, and during that time i very nearly got molested by several people, girls and guys...but i guess it comes with the costume (as you will see, as soon as i get the pictures). it was all good fun. ok, i'm going to go blog some pictures of fern canyon.
